Earl Lee Riser 

       Earl is about as good ol’ boy as they come.  He can be seen at the football games for the Highschool rooting on the home team and reliving his glory days.  Always known for his tailgate party he has had a few run-ins with the law for getting the team to drunk to play the big game.  Still, he goes and religiously supports his hometown team.  He can be found blaring Lynard Squidward and Harpoons and Coral as he gets the community psyched up for the team to play.  He still believes the mullet is in hallways high fashion as he wants to have a party in the back.
